Funeral service at Kirkleatham Crematorium on Thursday December 4th at 3.00pm prior to cremation. Will friends please meet at the Crematorium.
Family flowers only please. A collection box will be available for donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, for Alzheimer's Research and The Great North Air Ambulance.
